Job Purpose and Responsibilities
The Information Technology Technician will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining the municipality’s digital infrastructure. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

1. Lab Assistant
- Role and Responsibilities:
The Lab Assistant will support laboratory operations under the guidance of senior health professionals. The assistant will perform routine medical tests and assist in diagnostic procedures, contributing to effective healthcare delivery within the municipality. - Minimum Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed the School Leaving Certificate (SLC)/Secondary Education Examination (SEE) or its equivalent from a recognized education institution. In addition, completion of a one-year certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) as a Lab Assistant is mandatory. - Additional Qualification Note:
Candidates who passed under the grading system with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 or above in the SLC/SEE or equivalent are considered eligible. - Examination:
Candidates will be assessed through a written examination consisting of objective multiple-choice questions followed by an interview. The syllabus will adhere to the curriculum prescribed by the Karnali Province Health Service for Medical Laboratory Technicians.
2. Office Assistant
- Role and Responsibilities:
The Office Assistant will provide essential support in administrative activities of the municipality. Duties include managing correspondence, record keeping, data entry, reception services, and assisting in daily office tasks. This role demands good organizational skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to coordinate with different municipal departments. - Minimum Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed at least Grade 8 from a recognized educational institution. - Examination:
