2. Eligibility Criteria

A. General Requirements:

• Nationality: Nepali citizen.
• Age Limit (as of 2082/02/01):
• Level 5 (Senior Assistant): 18–35 years.
• Level 6–7 (Officer): 21–45 years.
• Level 9 (Deputy Director): 21–45 years.
• Female candidates: Additional 5-year age relaxation.
• Disqualification: Not disqualified under ERC Staff Administration Regulations, 2081.

B. Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Deputy Director (Electrical):
• Bachelor’s + Master’s in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in government/recognized organizations.
• Hydrologist:
• MSc in Hydrology/Geology/Engineering Geology.
• Finance Officer:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
• Senior Assistant:
• 10+2 or equivalent.

A. How to Apply:

1. Online Submission:

• Visit www.erc.gov.np → Career Tab or www.vacancy.erc.gov.np.
• Upload:
  • Academic certificates.
  • Citizenship certificate.
  • Equivalency certificate (if foreign degree).
  • Inclusive group certificate (if applicable).

1. Exam Fee Payment:

• Deposit to: Global IME Bank, Jyotidwar Branch.
• Account No.: 00401010000498.
• Fee:
  • Level 9: NPR 2,000.
  • Level 6–7: NPR 1,200.
  • Level 5: NPR 700.

B. Deadline:

• Application Submission: 2082/02/01.
• Fee Payment: 2082/02/08.

4. Selection Process

• Written Exam (Nepali/English medium).
• Computer Skill Test (if required).
• Interview.
• Exam Center: Kathmandu.

(Exam schedule will be published on www.erc.gov.np after approval by the Public Service Commission.)

5. Salary & Benefits

• As per ERC Staff Administration Regulations, 2081.
• Probation Period: 1 year (male), 6 months (female).
