3. Job Role and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychosocial counseling services to returnee migrant workers, their families, and community members facing migration-related challenges.

7. Application Fees
- For Assistant Level IV positions (A.N.M. and A.H.W.): NPR 500 (Five Hundred Nepali Rupees).
- For Officer Level VII position (Physiotherapist): NPR 1200 (One Thousand Two Hundred Nepali Rupees).
The fee must be paid to the revenue branch of the municipality office and a full receipt must be enclosed with the application form. Payment cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
8. Selection Procedure
The recruitment process will be carried out transparently and in the following stages:
- Written Examination: Evaluates candidates’ theoretical knowledge and practical application relevant to the post.
- Interview: Candidates successful in the written test will be called for interviews. Interviews will assess communication skills, problem-solving capacity, and candidate suitability.
- Final Merit List: Prepared based on combined scores of the test and interview.
