Notice for Recruitment of Information Technology Officer (Contract Basis)

As per the decision of the Board Meeting (2082/01/08) and in accordance with the Contract Staff Management Procedure, 2075, Baragadhi Rural Municipality invites applications from eligible Nepali citizens for the following position under the Provincial and Local Government Strengthening Program (PLGSP).

Vacancy Details:

• Position: Information Technology Officer (IT Officer)
• Level: Equivalent to Official Sixth Grade
• Number of Vacancies: 1 (One)
• Age Limit:
• Male Candidates: 21–35 years
• Female Candidates: Up to 40 years
• Application Fee: NPR 1,000 (Non-refundable)
• Selection Process: Written Exam and Interview

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer/IT/ICT or related fields (e.g., BIT, BIM, BE Electronics & Communication, BBIS, BCA, BCIS, BEIT, BSc IT, CSIT) from a recognized institution.
• Documents Required:
• Citizenship Certificate
• Academic Certificates (Equivalence certificate if studied abroad)
• Work Experience Documents (if applicable)
• Recent Passport-Sized Photo

Application Process:

1. Form Submission: Obtain the application form from the Baragadhi Rural Municipality Office, Khopwa, Bara.
2. Submission Deadline: Within 15 days from the first publication date (2082/01/31) during office hours.
3. Fee Payment: Deposit the application fee at the Revenue Branch of Baragadhi Rural Municipality and attach the original voucher.
