In accordance with the Municipal Executive Office’s decision, applications are invited from eligible Nepali citizens for volunteer

teacher positions in schools under Shivraj Municipality.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification & Training

• Primary Level:
• Proficiency Certificate or equivalent + 10 months of teacher training.
• Lower Secondary Level:
• Proficiency Certificate or equivalent in the relevant subject + 10 months of teacher training.
• Secondary Level:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant subject + 10 months of teacher training.

2. Age Limit:

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 40 years (as of the last application date).

3. Required Documents:

• Certified copy of Nepali Citizenship Certificate.
• Certified copy of academic certificates.
• Permanent Teaching License (for the respective level).
• Equivalence certificate (if qualifications are from a foreign institution).

Application Process

✔ Application Form: Available at the Municipal Office or on www.shivrajmun.gov.np.
✔ Application Fee:

• Primary Level: NRs. 500/-
• Lower Secondary: NRs. 700/-
• Secondary Level: NRs. 1000/-
  (Non-refundable, payable via Municipal Cash Revenue Receipt)

✔ Submission:

• Submit in person at Shivraj Municipality Office, Chandrauta, Kapilvastu.
• Deadline: 2082/02/14 (If a public holiday, the next working day).

Selection Process

1. Written Examination (Subject-based, as per Teachers Service Commission syllabus).
2. Interview & Practical Demo (if required).

• Contact Date: 2082/02/15 (For updates).

Important Notes

• Applications with incomplete/false documents will be rejected.
• Legal action will be taken against candidates submitting fraudulent details.
• Preference will be given to candidates with permanent teaching licenses (for Math, English, Economics).
• Admit cards will be issued after document verification.
