Support Microfinance Financial Institution Ltd. is seeking qualified and motivated individuals to expand and operate microfinance programs in various districts within Koshi Province. Central Office	Supervisor / Senior Assistant	1	Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with 3 years’ experience in microfinance
Central Office	Senior Assistant / Assistant – IT	2	Bachelor in IT (BE/BCA/BIT/BScIT) with 1-year experience OR +2 with 2 years’ experience
Branch Office	Senior Assistant / Assistant	Few	+2 or equivalent with 3 years’ experience in microfinance
Branch Office	Junior Assistant (Trainee/Contract/Probation)	Few	+2 or equivalent, experience preferred

Additional Requirements

• Age Limit (as of deadline date):
  • Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years
  • For female candidates: up to 40 years
• Basic Requirements:
  • Nepali citizenship
  • Training in MS Office, Email & Internet usage
• Selection Process:
  • Written Test, Practical, and Interview as required
• Exam Fee:
  • NPR 500 to be paid in cash or online at the time of the interview
• Special Preference:
  • Candidates with valid two-wheeler driving license (motorbike or scooter)
